Privacy Policy
1. Summary
- You can design without giving us anything. While you work, your design is stored only in your own browser.
- When you export, we need an email address for your free account. Paid plans are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.
- We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use advertising trackers.
- You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time.

2. What we collect

3. Your designs
While you design, your work is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device; it isn't sent to us. When you export, the design description is sent to our server to produce the file, and is deleted within [24 hours] unless you choose to save the project to your account. Projects you save to your account are kept until you delete them or close your account. We don't use your designs to train AI models and don't share them with anyone except the service providers that host the Service for us.
4. How we use information
To provide and secure the Service; to process purchases; to send service messages such as receipts, renewal reminders and important changes; to answer support requests; to understand and fix problems; and to comply with law. Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and improving a secure service, your consent (for marketing email), and legal obligations.
5. Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of the data: our payment provider and merchant of record ([Payment provider, e.g. Lemon Squeezy or Paddle]); hosting (Hostinger); email delivery ([email provider]); and analytics ([analytics provider]). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety, and to a successor if the business is sold, in which case this policy continues to apply. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use only cookies and local storage that are needed to run the Service: keeping you signed in, remembering your settings, and storing your in-progress design on your device. Our analytics are [cookie-free and do not identify individuals]. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Emails
We send service emails you need: account confirmation, receipts, renewal reminders and important changes. Product news and tips are sent only if you opt in, and every such email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
8. How long we keep data
Account data is kept while your account is open and deleted within 30 days after you close it, except billing records we must keep for tax and accounting, usually up to 7 years. Export data is deleted as described in section 3. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
9. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, download or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses. Email support@extrudable3d.com; we'll respond within 30 days and may need to confirm it's you. If you're in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to not be discriminated against for using these rights; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll notify you as the law requires.
12. International transfers
We're based in the United States and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
13. Changes
We'll post updates here and change the date above. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
