Making 3D-print design quick and honest
Most people with a 3D printer don't want to learn full CAD to make a name tag, a sign or a cookie cutter. They want to draw it, drop in a logo, and print it, and have it come out right.
Why we built it
I'm Stephen, and I've been 3D printing for over 14 years. I started back when the RepRap movement was just taking off and desktop printers were barely reaching the mainstream. We built our own printers from scratch in those days, and my kids cut their teeth on the hobby assembling Anet A8 kits when they first came out.
While I love how far 3D printing has come, I haven't forgotten the countless hours spent learning heavy CAD software and fighting with slicers. Even recently, I found myself jumping through a tedious, multi-step process across several programs just to turn a 2D logo into a printable solid. I wanted a fast way to turn simple pictures, fonts and sketches into 3D objects in minutes, without wrestling with all that software.
So I built Extrudable to be exactly that: simple, fast and effective. Instead of spending an hour prepping a basic design, most imported projects are ready to print in a couple of minutes. It's built to help you spend less time clicking through menus and more time actually printing.

What we believe
- Start without signing up. You can design as much as you want before we ask for anything.
- Your designs are yours. You own what you make. We don't claim rights to your designs and we don't sell your data.
- Charges you can predict. The 7-Day Pass never renews, subscriptions cancel online in a couple of clicks, and we email before an annual plan renews.
- Show the print, not just the model. Layer preview, thin-spot checks and bed-contact warnings exist so fewer prints end up in the bin.
