Pricing questions
Does the 7-Day Pass renew?
No. It's a single payment of $5. It ends on its own after 7 days, and your card isn't saved for future charges. If you want to keep going, you choose a plan yourself.
Can I cancel a subscription any time?
Yes, online from your account, with no phone call needed. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
What counts as personal use?
Making things for yourself, your family and friends, including gifts, school projects and things you share for free. Selling prints or files, or using designs for a business, is commercial use and needs the Seller plan.
What is the founding member price?
The first 100 Seller members can subscribe yearly for $79 instead of $99. The price stays locked for as long as the subscription continues without a break.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away and the remaining value of your current plan is credited. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where required, based on your location.
What happens to my designs if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. You keep your projects and can still open and edit them on the free plan; paid-only export formats need an active plan or pass.
